The St Mary's Armidale Mini Vinnies group ran another great Christmas Party recently. The whole school was involved with games, and other cool activities like face painting. Earlier on that day, the students took a massive stockpile of Christmas Appeal donations down to the local Vinnies Shop.

Today St Joseph's Mini Vinnies in Uralla got their paint on and adorned their friendship chair with handprints of various colours. It will now be used in a very practical sense. Students will be encouraged to make 'new friends' with anyone who sits on the chair at lunch time.

Only recently formed, the Mini Vinnies Conference at Sacred Heart Boggabri have raised $150 to send two students to school for a year. This is made possible through the 'Assist a Student' program which helps children in very poor countries. Congratulations to everyone in the Mini Vinnies group.
